Terms of Service
This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between RevenuiaAI ("Company") and the entity or individual purchasing a license ("Customer"). By installing or using the RevenuiaAI platform, Customer agrees to be bound by these terms.
1. License Grant and Restrictions
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Company grants Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the RevenuiaAI platform software. Licenses are strictly bound to a specific installation ID and domain verified by the RevenuiaAI control server.
Customer shall not: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software; (b) redistribute or resell the software; or (c) attempt to bypass the HMAC-signed licensing system or control server validation protocols.
2. Subscription Billing
RevenuiaAI operates on a subscription model. Fees are charged monthly at the rates of $249 or $399 per location, as selected by the Customer. Billing is managed via the control server using Stripe Billing.
3. Data Portability and Ownership
Customer retains full ownership of their SQL-structured data. RevenuiaAI provides a Data Portability & Export Module allowing Customer to generate a complete ZIP package of organization data, ensuring no vendor lock-in.
4. Code Protection and Suspension
The software includes a "Kill-Switch" mechanism. If a subscription payment fails or the license cannot be validated against the control server, the application will enter "Suspended Mode" following a standard grace period.
