Refund Policy
All subscription payments made to RevenuiaAI are final and non-refundable. No prorated refunds will be issued for partial months of service.
1. Non-Refundable Fees
Strict Non-Refund Policy: All subscription payments made to RevenuiaAI are final and non-refundable. This includes monthly subscription fees for the "Wedge" and "Pro" tiers. Because RevenuiaAI provides immediate value through lead recovery and automated SMS sequences, no prorated refunds will be issued for partial months of service.
2. Data Migration Policy & Competitor Offsets
In the event a practice is transitioning to RevenuiaAI from an external software provider—including but not limited to Mindbody, Boulevard, Zenoti, Vagaro, or Meevo—RevenuiaAI provides a completely free, white-glove data transfer service handled entirely by our internal engineering team. RevenuiaAI does not provide monetary "Migration Credits," cash offsets, or invoice refunds to cover third-party data export fees levied by your previous provider. Our onboarding assistance is strictly limited to the execution of the manual database import and account structural configuration, which is delivered entirely free of charge to the client.
3. Cancellation
RevenuiaAI operates entirely on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contract commitments, minimum terms, or cancellation penalties. Customers may cancel their subscription at any time via the "Billing Portal" in the Dashboard. Cancellation requests will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Access to the RevenuiaAI platform, automated workflows, and the AI Front Desk will be terminated immediately upon the expiration of the paid term.
