Data Deletion
This page explains what data RevenuivaAI holds when you connect a social account — such as a Facebook Page or an Instagram professional account — and exactly how to have that data deleted. It applies in addition to our Privacy Policy.
1. What we store when you connect a social account
Connecting an account through Facebook Login authorises RevenuivaAI to publish content you have approved. When you do, we store only what is needed to carry that out:
- the access token issued by Meta, held encrypted and never shown in our interface;
- the identifier and display name of the Page or professional account you selected;
- the list of permissions Meta told us were granted or declined;
- the identifier of each post we published on your behalf, and the engagement figures Meta reports back for it;
- a dated record of connection events — authorised, verified, failed, disconnected — kept as an audit trail.
We do not store your Facebook password, your friends or followers, your private messages, or any content you did not approve for publication.
2. Stop a channel, from inside RevenuivaAI
Signed in to RevenuivaAI, open Revenue Content Intelligence → Connections, find the channel and choose Disconnect.
This removes the Page or professional account we were publishing to, and publishing to that channel stops immediately. To be precise about what it does not do: the authorisation you granted Meta is left in place, because a single Meta authorisation can serve both your Facebook Page and your Instagram account, and removing it while the other channel is still live would break that channel without warning. Deleting the authorisation itself is the next step on the same screen: once no channel is using it, the Provider authorisations table offers Remove connection. That withdraws the authorisation at Meta and deletes the encrypted token, the recorded permissions and the grant record here. It cannot be undone — reconnecting means authorising again.
3. Revoke the authorisation from Facebook
You can withdraw RevenuivaAI's access without signing in to us at all:
- Go to Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
- Select RevenuivaAI.
- Choose Remove.
Meta invalidates our access token the moment you do this, so it can no longer be used to publish or to read anything at all. Our stored copy stops working at the same instant. To have that now-dead record erased from our database as well, use the request route below.
4. Ask us to erase what we hold
If you would rather we did it, send the request through the contact form on this site, stating the business name and the Page or account concerned. We delete the stored authorisation, the encrypted access token, the recorded permissions and the channel target, then write back to confirm it is done.
Requests are actioned within 30 days, and in practice far sooner. If we cannot delete something because a law requires us to keep it — a payment record, for example — we will tell you which item and why, rather than delete silently or refuse silently.
5. Deleting your whole account
The steps above remove a single connected channel. To delete your RevenuivaAI account and all data held under it, including content drafts, publication history and measurement records, make that request through the contact form and say so explicitly. Closing an account is irreversible, so we confirm it with you before carrying it out.
6. Posts already published
Content published to your Page or profile lives on Meta's platform under your ownership, not ours. Deleting your data here does not remove posts that are already live — only you can do that, from the Page itself. We will tell you the identifier of every post we published for you if you ask, so nothing has to be hunted for.
