Third-Party Services & Usage
Certain RevenuivaAI features rely on third-party infrastructure and managed external services. RevenuivaAI procures and manages supported provider services on your behalf. Usage charges are deducted from your prepaid Top-Up Balance based on the RevenuivaAI rate applicable at the time of use.
Rates may include underlying provider charges, carrier or network fees, processing costs, and a RevenuivaAI service and management fee. Provider pricing may change, and RevenuivaAI may adjust usage rates accordingly. Current customer rates will be displayed within the platform or applicable pricing schedule.
Usage fees are separate from monthly subscription and add-on fees unless expressly stated otherwise. Top-Up Balance funds are used for eligible usage-based services and are subject to the applicable RevenuivaAI terms.
